Premium grade engineered solutions for tough material handling applications
Founded in 2004 and spanning over an expansive industrial footprint of 30 acres, Hebei Boao Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. is positioned at the vanguard of heavy-duty industrial conveying system manufacturing. Located in the Boye County Rubber Industrial Park, Baoding City, Hebei Province, our state-of-the-art facility stands as a testament to two decades of structural refinement, chemical research, and engineering breakthrough.
Marketed globally under the premium "Jinao" brand, our conveyor belts and mechanical accessories are highly engineered systems designed to withstand extreme thermal, abrasive, chemical, and physical stresses. Our integrated business model spans advanced product design, laboratory research, precision manufacturing, and comprehensive global technical services, all under full international quality management system certifications.
Harnessing advanced automation, precision calendering, and raw material validation to assure consistent mechanical properties
Boao utilizes a computerized central proportioning system within the mixing center to guarantee uniform distribution of carbon black, accelerators, and polymer bases (EPDM, SBR, NBR, and Natural Rubber). This strict raw material control is verified in our independent chemical analysis room before processing.
Our multi-roll calendering and shaping lines apply consistent, calculated pressure to anchor the fabric plies (Nylon/NN or Polyester/EP) into the core. This avoids inter-ply friction, reduces carcass fatigue, and increases adhesion values far beyond typical industry norms.
Vulcanizing parameters are monitored electronically. Precise temperature-pressure-time curves prevent under-curing (which causes ply separation) or over-curing (which degrades cover-rubber elasticity and accelerates thermal aging).

Custom-engineered bulk transport systems for the world's most demanding sectors
Designed for handling sinter, pellets, clinker, and calcined coke. Our heat-resistant EPDM covers are engineered to resist high heat without thermal cracking, maintaining performance in extreme metallurgical environments.
Engineered for high impact resistance, our anti-tear steel cord conveyor belts are designed to handle run-of-mine ore, granite, and copper concentrates. Heavy-duty cover rubbers prevent gouging, cutting, and premature wear.
Self-extinguishing, flame-retardant (MSHA/EN standard compliant) compounds eliminate ignition risks on coal transport lines. They prevent fire propagation in underground shafts, power generation plants, and silos.
Equipped with wear-resistant compounds, our belts handle abrasive crushed limestone, aggregate, and dry clay. This reduces belt stretch and maintenance cycles in dusty cement production lines.
Includes high-performance tubular and closed-pipe conveyor designs that prevent material spillage and emissions. These systems protect bulk cargo from environmental elements, ensuring clean, efficient operations.
Formulated with specialized synthetic rubbers, these belts are designed to withstand chemical attacks from fertilizers, acids, and alkaline materials, preventing premature cover deterioration.

A roadmap for procurement directors to evaluate quality, select compounds, and reduce maintenance costs
Procuring conveyor belts is not just about initial costs. A cheap cover rubber compound can wear out 50% faster, leading to replacement expenses and costly unplanned downtime. To optimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), engineering and procurement managers must evaluate several technical metrics:
Answers to common questions from bulk material handling procurement managers
EP conveyor belts use polyester in the warp direction (along the belt length) and polyamide/nylon in the weft direction (across the belt width). This configuration ensures high tensile strength with low elongation, making them suitable for long conveyors with short take-up travel. NN conveyor belts use nylon fibers in both warp and weft directions, providing high elasticity, excellent flex life, and superior impact resistance. They are best suited for systems handling heavy, high-drop materials.
Heat-resistant rubber conveyor belts utilize specialized EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) or chlorobutyl polymers. These elastomers are formulated to resist cross-linking degradation caused by heat. When standard SBR rubber is exposed to high temperatures, it hardens and cracks. Our EPDM cover compound maintains its flexibility, structural integrity, and adhesion to the inner carcass even when exposed to materials up to 200°C (with spikes up to 400°C).
Critical parameters include the steel cord tensile strength rating (e.g., ST1000, ST2500, ST5400), cord pitch (spacing between steel cables), wire structure (open or closed twist), and the adhesion rating of the rubber-to-metal bond. Additionally, implementing an anti-tear layer (a reinforced transverse steel cord or high-strength fabric breaker ply in the top cover) protects the steel carcass from impact damage at transfer points.
Pipe conveyor belts transition from a flat shape to a closed tube after loading. This design encapsulates the bulk materials, preventing dust emissions and protecting the cargo from rain, wind, and freezing. It also allows the conveyor to handle tight horizontal and vertical curves, reducing the need for costly transfer towers.
