PVC belts are cost-effective, offer high resistance to synthetic acids, and are suitable for diverse material handling. PU (Polyurethane) belts, though more expensive, are generally preferred for raw, unpackaged food because they do not contain plasticizers and exhibit superior abrasion resistance against hard materials, resisting wear from fats and oils.
We use high-modulus polyester yarns (low-stretch warp and rigid weft structure) in our reinforcement plies. Additionally, we implement dynamic heat-setting after calendering, ensuring fabric stresses are neutralized before the belt is dispatched.
We can heat-weld sidewalls (to prevent spillage), add cross-cleats of varying heights (T-cleats or C-cleats for steep climbs), and apply tracking guides (V-guides) on the bottom side of the belt to maintain proper alignment.
We provide vulcanized finger joints (offering high tensile joint strength), step overlap joints, and mechanical pin joints for quick-replace conveyor configurations where disassembling the machine frame is not practical.
