Hebei Boao Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Rubber Industrial Park of Boye County, Baoding, Hebei Province. Founded in 2004, the company spans over 30 acres of advanced manufacturing space, dedicating itself to manufacturing the high-performance "Jinao" brand.
We are a leading professional manufacturer in China integrating product development, engineering design, scientific research, and extensive after-sales support systems. Boao Rubber holds key international certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, ensuring that our products conform to stringent global environmental and safety parameters.
Quality Paradigm Statement:
We strictly implement the triple-inspection protocol. No raw material enters our calendering processes without chemical clearance, and no finished conveyor roll leaves our facility without a comprehensive tensile and peeling test.
Combining raw material security, automated rubber compounding, and multi-stage vulcanization for ultimate laminated product life.
A primary factor behind the superior adhesion strength of our laminated conveyor belts is the computerized dosing and mixing center. By automating the compound formulation, we minimize human-error variances. This ensures uniform chemical properties in our cover rubbers and skim coats, guaranteeing uniform elongation and tear resistance throughout the belt's length.
Our infrastructure includes high-precision four-roll calenders, heavy fabric pre-stretching systems, and multi-platen vulcanizing presses. The multi-ply EP (Polyester) and NN (Nylon) fabric layers undergo a thermo-stabilization process to limit post-installation stretch, lowering the tension-take-up stroke requirements on long-distance conveyor systems.
Designed with deep expertise, quality engineering, and global logistics readiness.
Equipped with internal chemical analysis labs and peeling test machinery to verify interlayer bond integrity. We ensure 0% defect rates prior to export packing.
We leverage top-grade Polyamide (NN) and Polyester (EP) synthetic fabrics as structural carcasses, delivering low elongation and high flex-fatigue life.
Beyond standard fabric belts, we manufacture steel cord belts, patterned chevron profiles, sidewall corrugated belts, and matched troughing idlers.
As bulk material handling environments demand faster conveying speeds, wider belt widths, and higher single-flight distances, standard rubber profiles face severe thermal and tensile fatigue. Boao Rubber's R&D department is executing a multi-year technical roadmap focused on:
How Boao's Jinao range conveyor systems address core material transportation challenges in extreme global sectors.
Conveying hot sinter, coke, and slag requires exceptional thermal endurance. Standard multi-ply rubber belts experience cover cracking and core delamination under high surface heat. Our Best Heat-Resistant Rubber Conveyor Belts utilize customized EPDM cover matrices to handle peak temperatures up to 250°C (480°F), maintaining ply adhesion and carcass flex life.
Cement manufacturing lines handle abrasive limestone, raw meal, and clinker. Our high-inclination wavy edge (sidewall) belts prevent material fallback at steep transport angles. Coupled with wear-resistant cover stocks (abrasion loss < 90mm³ according to DIN 22102), these belts prevent early cover erosion, ensuring continuous kiln feed.
Underground mining operations prioritize flame-retardant performance. Our steel wire rope core and multi-ply fabric belts deliver high tensile strength (up to ST5400) to move thousands of tons per hour over long-span configurations safely and reliably.
We provide end-to-end support for bulk handling operators: planned belt replacement cycles, hot/cold vulcanizing joint splices, safety inventory management, on-site diagnostics, and system efficiency tuning. Our target is maximizing your belt life while minimizing overall operating costs.
Our belts are widely trusted in steel, metallurgy, coal, cement, power generation, grain depots, and port terminals across the globe.
Our fully-integrated testing labs and modern processing facilities secure top-tier performance from raw materials to final packaging.

Polymer Inspection Control
Entering international supply chains requires compliance with rigorous localized engineering standards. At Hebei Boao Rubber, our production lines and product compounds are certified to match several international benchmarks, enabling seamless integration into systems designed by global OEMs.
We supply complete documentation including factory inspection records, material safety datasheets (MSDS), and third-party testing credentials (SGS/TUV). For large-scale projects, we offer engineering site visits to evaluate conveyor pulley alignment, scraper positions, and transition distances, helping prevent premature wear issues on new installations.
We strictly comply with and maintain standard certifications to meet global trade requirements:
Helpful advice for sourcing teams to balance initial purchase costs with long-term wear life.
Sourcing conveyor belts for heavy industrial sites involves balancing primary purchase costs against the total cost of ownership (TCO). A lower-cost belt with low adhesion or high wear rates will lead to unscheduled downtime and frequent splice repairs, offseting any initial savings.
Key procurement variables to evaluate:
To guarantee belts arrive free of storage defects, each roll is wound on a heavy-duty steel core, wrapped in water-resistant PP protective sheets, and secured with structural steel bands. We pack products carefully to avoid shifting in transit, ensuring they arrive ready for installation.
Expert answers to common engineering and procurement questions regarding multi-ply fabric and rubber belt performance.
EP (Polyester-Nylon) belts utilize polyester fibers in the warp direction (lengthwise) and nylon fibers in the weft direction (crosswise). This provides low elongation under tension, making them ideal for long-distance conveyor runs.
NN (Nylon-Nylon) belts use nylon fibers in both warp and weft directions. They offer higher flexibility, excellent impact recovery, and high elasticity, which is preferable for systems with short transition lengths and high impact zones.
Carcass delamination occurs when the interlayer adhesive compound degrades under constant thermal load. We prevent this by compounding our skim coats with heat-resistant polymers (such as EPDM and chlorobutadiene) that resist thermal degradation up to continuous exposure limits of 200°C.
Belt wear is mainly driven by abrasive friction from transported materials, high impact at transfer chutes, and scraper abrasion. Selecting high-grade cover rubber (such as DIN 22102 Grade X or Y) provides high tensile strength (up to 25 MPa) and low volume wear loss (under 120mm³), extending service life in demanding environments.
Every production run undergoes standardized quality control tests in our on-site physics lab. Key checks include: interlayer peel strength (ply-to-ply and cover-to-ply adhesion), cover rubber tensile strength and elongation at break, DIN abrasion wear index, and fire-retardant safety test times (if specified).
