The anti-tear steel wire rope core conveyor belt is a rubber conveyor belt with steel wire as the skeleton and anti-tear performance.
A horizontally uniformly arranged high elongation steel wire rope or high-strength high elongation synthetic wire rope is set on top (or up and down) of the steel wire rope core as an anti-tear layer. The anti-tear layer is perpendicular to the direction of the conveyor belt, which can effectively block sharp hard objects from piercing and resist tearing.
Suitable for material transportation in industries such as coal mines, mines, ports, power, metallurgy, and building materials that require tear resistance. The model is labeled in two categories:
Models start with ST/S (ST = steel wire rope core, S = tear resistance). Example: ST1000S-1200 — the number after ST is longitudinal tensile strength (N/mm), and the last number is width (mm).
Distinctions based on transverse anti-tear layer material: ST-S (chemical fiber rope anti-tear), ST-G (steel wire rope anti-tear). Derivative models for special conditions: ST1600S-F (wear-resistant), ST2000S-H (high temperature resistant).

This product is composed of core adhesive, steel wire rope, cover layer, and edge adhesive.
Widely used for transporting materials in coal, mining, building materials and cement, ports, metallurgy, electricity, chemical industry, and other fields.
Ordinary · Flame-retardant · Heat-resistant · Wear-resistant · Cold-resistant · Acid & Alkali-resistant · Flame-retardant varieties.
Ordinary structure type · Transverse reinforcement type · Pre-embedded coil tear-resistant type.
Strength (N/mm):
Width (mm):
Made of steel wire rope as the tensile skeleton and rubber cover layer with added flame retardant. Designed for working conditions with flammable and explosive risks, meeting the dual requirements of anti-static and flame retardant.
Based on ST (steel wire rope core) + tensile strength + Z (flame retardant label) + belt width. Example: ST1250Z-1000. Common standard: MT668. Tensile strength grades: ST1000–ST4000. Belt width: 650–1400 mm.
Primarily used in coal mine underground operations, chemical transportation of flammable and explosive materials, and other high-risk scenarios. Special models also offer wear resistance, tear resistance, and oil resistance.
